1. Store Registration

  • To sell on Dango, you must complete our vendor registration process and provide accurate business, tax, and banking details.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any vendor application at our discretion.

2. Product Listings

  • Vendors are responsible for creating accurate, clear, and truthful product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and images.
  • Misrepresentation of products is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
  • Vendors must ensure listed products comply with all local laws and Dango’s Prohibited Items Policy.

3. Pricing & Promotions

  • Vendors have full control over pricing but agree to maintain fairness and transparency.
  • Any promotional campaigns (flash sales, discounts, etc.) must follow Dango’s promotional guidelines.

4. Inventory & Order Fulfillment

  • Vendors must maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory in real time.
  • Orders should be processed and shipped within the stated time frame.
  • Any delays, cancellations, or out-of-stock situations must be communicated promptly to customers and Dango support.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Vendors are responsible for shipping products safely and securely.
  • Tracking details must be provided to customers when available.
  • Vendors must comply with Dango’s shipping policies and provide transparent delivery timelines.

6. Payments & Commission

  • Dango charges a [Insert % Commission] fee on every successful sale.
  • Payments to vendors are made on a [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] schedule after deducting applicable fees.
  • Vendors must provide accurate bank/payment details for timely payouts.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors are required to provide prompt and professional customer support.
  • Any disputes between vendors and buyers may be mediated by Dango, whose decision will be final.

9. Store Conduct & Compliance

Vendors must NOT:

  • List counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products.
  • Engage in price manipulation, fake reviews, or fraudulent activity.
  • Direct customers outside of Dango for off-platform sales.
  • Share private customer data beyond order fulfillment purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Vendors must ensure they have the rights to sell all listed products.
  • Any violation of intellectual property rights will result in store suspension or termination.

11. Store Termination & Suspension

  • Dango reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor store for violating these terms, customer complaints, or fraudulent activities.
  • Vendors may request account closure at any time, but pending orders must be fulfilled first.

12. Changes to Store Terms

We may update these Store Terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Liability Disclaimer

  • Vendors are fully responsible for their listings, products, and services.
  • Dango is not liable for any vendor-related disputes but may assist in resolution where necessary.
