Seller Guidelines

Welcome to Dango! These guidelines are designed to help you succeed as a seller while ensuring buyers have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. By selling on Dango, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Account & Store Setup

  • Sellers must provide accurate business and contact information during registration.
  • Store names, logos, and descriptions must be professional and non-offensive.
  • Sellers are responsible for keeping their account information up to date.

2. Product Listings

  • All product information must be accurate, clear, and detailed (including images, descriptions, sizes, and specifications).
  • Sellers may only list authentic, legal, and safe products.
  • Misleading claims, counterfeit goods, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
  • Use high-quality images that accurately represent your product.
  • Ensure all prices include taxes, fees, or additional costs where applicable.

3. Order Fulfillment

  • Sellers must process and ship orders within the stated handling time.
  • Packaging should be secure and professional to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Tracking information must be updated promptly.
  • Failure to fulfill orders can result in cancellations, penalties, or account suspension.

4. Customer Service

  • Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries within 24–48 hours.
  • Handle disputes and complaints professionally and politely.
  • Offer refunds or replacements when required by Dango’s Return & Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & Promotions

  • Pricing must be fair and transparent.
  • False discounts or misleading promotions are prohibited.
  • Sellers may run store-level discounts or coupons in compliance with platform rules.

6. Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed on Dango:

  • Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods
  • Hazardous materials or banned substances
  • Adult content, weapons, or sensitive items (unless approved)
  • Products that violate copyright, trademark, or other IP rights

7. Commission & Payments

  • Sellers agree to Dango’s Payment & Commission Policy.
  • All earnings are processed via the platform and subject to applicable fees.
  • Sellers must ensure their bank or payment details are correct for payouts.

8. Performance Standards

  • Maintain high order accuracy and minimize cancellations.
  • Keep a low return/refund rate by ensuring quality control.
  • Maintain a positive rating by providing excellent customer service.
  • Repeated policy violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.

9. Intellectual Property & Branding

  • Sellers must have the right to use product images, brand names, and content.
  • Any infringement claims may result in product removal or account action.

10. Compliance & Legal Requirements

  • Sellers are responsible for complying with all local laws and tax regulations.
  • Products must meet safety, labeling, and import/export requirements where applicable.

11. Policy Updates

  • Dango reserves the right to update these guidelines.
  • Sellers will be notified of changes via email or their dashboard.
