  • Delivery times depend on the vendor’s shipping location, chosen courier, and your delivery address.

    • Express Shipping: Typically 2–5 business days.
    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance.
  • Some vendors may offer local delivery or pickup options.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by:
    • Vendor location
    • Delivery destination
    • Product weight, size, and shipping method
  • Some vendors may offer free shipping promotions or discounts.

4. Multi-Vendor Orders

Since Dango is a marketplace with multiple vendors, items in your order may:

  • Ship separately from different locations
  • Arrive in multiple packages and on different days

5. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance and international logistics.

6. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Dango and vendors are not liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
